For that reason he honed his general practitioner skills to enable mastery of transactions and trials which are the "case within a case" or "underlying cases" of today's attorney professional negligence litigation.

Phillip Feldman, has 38 years as a transactional and trial lawyer. After managing boutique plaintiffs firms and its defense successors, he now consults with law firms as a "lawyer’s lawyer". He enjoyed a quarter century as Judge Pro Tem and even longer as an attorney-client dispute Arbitrator. A former state bar prosecutor, today he defends lawyers before the bar. He has been testifying, as well as consulting, as an expert witness for twenty three years.
