Mr. Feldman is a former State Bar Prosecutor & former
local bar Professional Responsibility & Ethics Chair. Today
he defends lawyers before the bar and consults in all states.
His State Bar defense includes admissions, discipline, states
other than California and consulting. He is well versed in ABA
Rules of Professional Conduct and their use in 42 jurisdctions,
Disciplinary Rules of N.Y., MI., ET AL and CA Rules of
Professional Conduct. He was a contributor to ABA's Ethics 2000
changes and is very active in the field of professional responsibility.
